Allen's rushing scores helped the Bills leave with a win in front of a home crowd seeing the new venue for the first time.

The rushing touchdown total is notable on its own. Yahoo Sports published a list of the 11 NFL quarterbacks with the most career rushing touchdowns, and Allen's name sits at the top, ahead of a group that includes several of the most mobile passers the league has seen. He is also among the league leaders in rushing scores in 2026.
Buffalo's schedule gets tougher from here, with divisional games and a stretch of road matchups that will test whether the early pace holds. Allen's next chance to add to the two-plus-two total comes in Week 2, and the record he is chasing over the course of the season is one that would put him alone in the history books.
