What happens in Vegas… still refuses to stay there.
Fifteen years after the bachelor-party catastrophe that became the stuff of urban legend, the Wolfpack is older, allegedly wiser, and absolutely certain they’ve put the chaos behind them. Phil is trying to be a responsible dad, Stu is a cautious family dentist who triple-checks everything, and Alan… well, Alan is Alan — calmer on the outside, but still one strange impulse away from disaster.
Everything changes when Doug’s son, now in his mid-20s and idolizing the stories of the “great Vegas meltdown,” announces he wants his wedding in the same city. Doug begs the guys to come along not to party — but to keep an eye on things. Determined to prove they’ve matured, Phil, Stu, and Alan promise a quiet, civilized weekend.

Naturally, it goes horrifically wrong.
A seemingly innocent prank involving Alan, a therapy llama, and an exclusive casino gala spirals into chaos when a priceless ancient relic — the centerpiece of a wedding empire run by a wildly eccentric billionaire bride-to-be (Margot Robbie) — vanishes. Overnight, the Wolfpack finds themselves accused of theft, blacklisted from half the Strip, and hunted by private security with disturbingly good aim.

Their only hope?
Leslie Chow, reborn as a self-proclaimed “spiritual guru” who runs a meditation resort in the desert. He insists he’s reformed — enlightened, even — but within minutes, the Wolfpack is dragged into underground fight rings, high-stakes magic shows, illegal drone races, and a secret nightclub hidden beneath an abandoned wedding chapel.
As the sun rises over Vegas, clues link the missing artifact to a blackout night involving a rogue tiger (yes… another one), a suspicious Elvis impersonator, and an accidental online auction Alan may or may not have hosted while sleepwalking.

With the wedding countdown ticking, the Wolfpack must retrace their insane steps through the city that nearly broke them years ago — outwitting mobsters, dodging old enemies, repairing their friendships, and trying desperately not to destroy someone else’s marriage before it starts.
Wild, nostalgic, and gloriously chaotic, The Hangover 4: Last Call in Vegas brings the saga full circle — proving that while the Wolfpack has aged, responsibility hasn’t caught up with them yet.
Some friendships last forever.
Some decisions definitely shouldn’t.
